Follow up contact of previous home visit within the last 4 weeks. An opportunity to review our previous session and plans, to re evaluate how feeding is going for you. An chance for you to ask any further questions you may have regarding breastfeeding and parenting, or things we have discussed previously.
This visit includes a full review of previous plans, current feeding as well as further information as required.
